Here we visit a batey, in the middle of the sugar cane plantations, inhabited by Haitian workers and their families, built with recycled material. We visit a school where sugar cane is processed.
We drive our buggies or quods to the banks of the Chavon River, where we take a refreshing swim before returning home.
